Contextual Intelligence Pattern

This happens when both of the following criteria are met:

  • The OSCE server has Critical Patch 1708 installed.
  • After Critical Patch 1708 was installed, the OSCE server performed a scheduled/manual update.

To resolve the Contextual Intelligence Pattern error:

  1. Open ofcscan.ini in the following path:

    {OSCE installation folder}\PCCSRV\

  2. Search for [INI_PROGRAM_VERSION_SECTION] and update the following string:

    FALCONPtn_Version=102300 (incorrect format is 1.023.00)

  3. Save and exit.
  4. Open component.ini in the following path:

    {OSCE installation folder}\PCCSRV\private

  5. Search for [6370] and add “DisplayMethodInOfcScanINI=0” like so:

    [6370]
    DisplayMethodInOfcScanINI=0

  6. Save and exit.
