It is highly recommended to test communications with Trend Micro backend services via the Network Service Diagnostics feature.

To run the Network Service Diagnostics:

  1. Go to https://DDI_IP/html/troubleshooting.htm and click Network Service Diagnostics.

  2. Select one or more more enabled services by ticking the checkboxes next to the Service column then click Test.

  3. Wait for the connection test to complete and view the test results on the Result column.
