This issue has been resolved by OfficeScan XG SP1 Critical Patch (CP) Build 4406 and higher.

 
This fix has been included in the repacked OfficeScan XG SP1.

Please contact Trend Micro Technical Support after installing OfficeScan XG SP1 to request for this patch.
