Enable Endpoint Application Control (EAC) 2.0 agents to resubmit endpoint inventories to the server

Configure EAC to allow agent to resend application inventory data to the back-end server.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log on to the EAC Web Management Console
  2. Go to Users and Endpoints page and configure the following display filter:
    • Endpoint Name: (Select the name or names of the target endpoint/s.)
    • Display: All Users

  3. Select all to highlight all the endpoints and users combination in the display.

  4. Click Remove.

  5. Tick the "Also remove related event logs and inventories" checkbox and click Remove (x) Selected.
     
    This action removes not only submitted Enpoint Inventories but also Policy Actions and all other application events of the target endpoint(s).

  6. Wait for a couple of minutes for the deleted endpoint(s) to reappear. Then go to Logs > Query page and verify if the agent started resending application inventory to the server.
