Web Console Login Page of Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS) 10.0 does not display correctly on Internet Explorer 8

When accessing WFBS 10.0 Web Console on IE 8, some parts does not display correctly.

This problem happens because WFBS 10.0 Web console does not support IE 8.

As a workaround, adding the URL of the WFBS Web console to the Trusted Site will fix the issue. Do the steps below:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites.
  3. Click Sites and then add the URL of the WFBS Web Console.
  4. Click OK on Internet Options.

Another workaround is to install and use a supported browser. The following browsers are supported for WFBS 10 Web Console:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome
