You are unable to receive the OfficeScan Scheduled Compliance Report even though:
- The OfficeScan server's General Notification Settings are configured properly.
- You are able to receive email notifications for security risk alerts.
- Testing SMTP communication via Telnet is successful.
- There is no packet sent when running packet capture using Wireshark on the OfficeScan server.
To make sure that you get the OfficeScan Scheduled Compliance Report, confirm if the intended recipient of the scheduled compliance report is part of the explicit-defined account.
If not, create a locally defined account with the target mailbox as administrator. This can be configured under Administration > Account Management > User Accounts.
Once configured, the Scheduled Compliance Report should work as expected.
