Summary

The following error may appear in Control Manager:

"Unable to synchronize with the Suspicious Object Lists. Please contact Trend Micro Technical Support. Verify Control Manager status and try again. If the problem persists, contact technical (error:2)

Details
Public

Upon checking the ofcserver.ini file, it shows the following error:

ErrorMessage=Invalid last query id (LastQueryID bigger than Max Report ID)
ErrorCode=2

Error Code 2 means that the "lastQueryID (17235)" is larger than the maximum suspicious object ID in Control Manager, while the Response Code 420 means "Bad request" for download suspicious list.

To resolve the issue:

  1. Change the "LastQueryID" parameter's value to "0" in both PCCSRV\LWCS\CCCABlacklistStatus.ini and PCCSRV\Private\ofcserver.ini files.
  2. Synchronize again with the Suspicious Object Lists.

If the issue persists, collect Case Diagnostic Tool (CDT) logs or ofcdebug log and send to Trend Micro Technical Support.
