The following error may appear in Control Manager:
"Unable to synchronize with the Suspicious Object Lists. Please contact Trend Micro Technical Support. Verify Control Manager status and try again. If the problem persists, contact technical (error:2)
To resolve the issue:
- Change the "LastQueryID" parameter's value to "0" in both PCCSRV\LWCS\CCCABlacklistStatus.ini and PCCSRV\Private\ofcserver.ini files.
- Synchronize again with the Suspicious Object Lists.
If the issue persists, collect Case Diagnostic Tool (CDT) logs or ofcdebug log and send to Trend Micro Technical Support.
