Uploading files to an existing case in Trend Micro Business Support Portal

Summary

After opening a case, there are instances when you need to submit additional files needed by Technical Support. Instead of requesting for upload link/ftp link, you can upload the files directly to the case using the Business Support Portal.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Business Support Portal
  2. Go to the Support Requests section to view the cases that you submitted.

  3. Use the filter and sort function to easily find the case that you’re looking for, then click the case number on the left column to open it.

  4. Under the Case History section, click Add an update. This will give you the option to submit files.

  5. Click Browse and search for the file that you want to submit, then click Add Update.
