Impact during maintenance period

  • New customers will be unable to prepare their Trend Micro Apex One™ as a Service console during the change period.
  • Existing customers will be unable to change their Trend Micro Apex One™ as a Service policies or settings during the change period.
 
  • Downtime for each provision is expected to be around 1 hour within the maintenance period.
  • All endpoints with an Apex One™ agent and a Security for Mac agent are still protected during maintenance.
