An issue has been found with the Deep Security Agent (DSA) 11.3.0-169 for Windows that prevents this agent from downloading security modules, preventing the application of security policy.
Trend Micro has removed the Deep Security Agent 11.3.0-169 for Windows from the Trend Micro Software Download Center as well as Deep Security as a Service.
- 2019/01/04: Deep Security 11.3 went GA and DSA version 11.3.0-169 was released to both the Trend Micro Software Download Center and Deep Security as a Service.
- 2019/01/08: DSA version 11.3.0-169 for Windows was removed from the Trend Micro Software Download Center. Customers using the feature release should use the DSA version 11.2.0.148 in its place until a new 11.3 agent is released.
- 2019/01/08: DSA version 11.3.0-169 for Windows was removed from Deep Security as a Service. Use of installation scripts to install the latest Deep Security Agent on Windows will result in an installation of DSA version 11.2.0.148. All non-Windows hosts will continue to use the 11.3 agents as this issue is Windows specific.
If you have installed Windows agent version 11.3.0-169, Trend Micro recommends that you uninstall this version of the agent and replace with DSA version 11.3.0-202 or later as soon as possible.
