There are reports that the OfficeScan 11.0 agent online help page "Sending Suspicious Files to Trend Micro" uses an email address, email@example.com, that is no longer available.
The firstname.lastname@example.org email address is no longer in service, so if you want to submit a file for investigation, please visit https://success.trendmicro.com/ instead.
Additionally, the OfficeScan 11.0 on-line help page has been updated. This means that in some environments, the OfficeScan agent might use a cached on-line help page, which still uses this email address.
