When trying to sync data from the OfficeScan Server in Vulnerability Protection you get the error "Unable to synchronize the OfficeScan Server".
To troubleshoot this problem, go to the VP Manager console Administration System Settings and select “View Certificate List” under the Security tab. Check for any expired certificates, then try to import the OfficeScan web console certificate to VPM to see if the issue is resolved.
Exporting the HTTPS certificate from the OSCE server, converting it and importing it into trusted certificates in VP usually solves this sort of problem. Otherwise, collect debug log with the following setting:
%ProgramFiles%\Trend Micro\Vulnerability Protection Manager\jre\lib\ logging.properties
thirdbrigade.level = ALL
After enabling debug, please sync OSCE server and collect diagnostic package with server0.log. Submit it to Trend Micro Support.
