An issue has been found with the Deep Security Agent (DSA) 11.0 U10 (Build 11.0.0-716) that Deep Security Agent service may crash if Integrity Monitoring feature is being enabled.
As of May 03, 2019, Deep Security 11.0 U10 was released on both Trend Micro Software Download Center and Deep Security as a Service.
As of May 16, 2019, Deep Security Agent version 11.0 U10 was removed from the Trend Micro Software Download Center and Deep Security as a Service. If you have installed agent version 11.0 U10 and Integrity Monitoring (IM) feature is enabled, Trend Micro recommends that you uninstall this version of the agent and replace with an earlier version of DSA. Those machines with disabled IM do not need to uninstall the agent.
For the full uninstallation procedure, refer to this document: Uninstall Deep Security. If you have multiple machines, it may cause a huge effort to uninstall them one by one. An alternative option would be to temporarily disable the IM feature until we release Update 11, and then you can easily upgrade your agents to DSA 11.0 U11 remotely.
The root cause has been found and the issue will be fixed in the next update release, which is scheduled at the end of May 2019.
