When you try to deploy Anti-Malware agents to AWS environment, the activation may fail and the following error message may appear:
Activation Failed (Number of Licensed Agents Exceeded)
The error message may happen when Deep Security Agent has an invalid certificate. Please check server0.log in Deep Security Manager installation folder and see if there is any certificate-related errors such as "Activation job failed. Reset certificate."
It usually means the target agent was already activated at some point, and the certificate is invalid because it is already associated with another agent on the Deep Security Manager database.
To resolve the issue, re-activate the agents from Deep Security Manager console.
