Trend Micro Apex One™ as a Service will perform regular monthly maintenance to apply the latest updates.

 
June maintenance will be split to 2 separate schedules (June 19 and June 26). Please refer to maintenance period below for details.

Impact during maintenance period

  • New customers: Unable to prepare their Trend Micro Apex One™ as a Service console during the maintenance period.
  • Existing customers: Unable to change their Trend Micro Apex One™ as a Service policies or settings during the maintenance period.
 
  • Downtime for each provision is expected to be around 1 hour within the maintenance period
  • All endpoints with Apex One and Apex One (Mac) security agent are still protected during maintenance period.
