West Europe Region
- Start Date/Time: 2019-07-17 01:00:00 (GMT+0)
- End Date/Time: 2019-07-17 06:00:00 (GMT+0)
Southeast Asia Region
- Start Date/Time: 2019-07-17 06:00:00 (GMT+0)
- End Date/Time: 2019-07-17 11:00:00 (GMT+0)
Australia East Region
- Start Date/Time: 2019-07-17 09:00:00 (GMT+0)
- End Date/Time: 2019-07-17 12:00:00 (GMT+0)
Impact during maintenance period
- New customers will be unable to prepare their Trend Micro Apex One™ as a Service console during the maintenance period.
- Existing customers will be unable to change their Trend Micro Apex One™ as a Service policies or settings during the maintenance period.
- Downtime for each provision is expected to be around three (3) hours within the maintenance period.
- All endpoints with the Apex One or Apex One (Mac) Security Agent are still protected during the maintenance period.
Datacenter regions are based on their Apex One as a Service license. A separate email will be sent out to customers' CLP accounts for their provision’s maintenance period.
