This article shows you how you can use the DSM console to collect or export the Firewall or Intrusion Prevention events of an affected agent.
Reports collected may be submitted to Technical Support if requested, or for personal use.
There are two methods to collect the Firewall or Intrusion Prevention events. Click the options below for the steps:
- From the DSM Console, navigate to Computers tab.
- Search for and double-click the affected computer.
- Click Firewall or Intrusion Prevention.

- Select the covered Period or date range.
- Click Export.
- From the DSM Console, navigate to Events & Reports tab.
- Click Firewall or Intrusion Prevention.

- Select the covered Period or date range.
- Choose All Computers or Specific Computer only.
- Click Export.
