"Offline" status is being shown for the Relay Server of Deep Security as a Service (DSaaS)

The issue happens when the heartbeat cycle fails because the machine does not have enough memory (RAM).

To resolve the issue, below are some recommendations:

  • Verify the Deep Security features enabled. More features enabled results to higher memory usage.
  • Confirm the memory (RAM) installed on the machine/server. Depending on the current usage, it may be needed to increase the memory. For complete information on the memory (RAM) requirements, check the Deep Security Agent and Relay sizing guide.
