This tool exports the following settings from OfficeScan 10.6 SP3 and 11.0 server and imports the settings to version XG.

Using the installed and included version of the Server Migration Tool in the OfficeScan XG server installation package works perfectly fine.
To use the OfficeScan Server Migration Tool:
- On the target server, navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\ServerMigrationTool\.
- Copy the file contents to the OfficeScan server. The settings need to be migrated from it. Make sure not to overwrite the existing files.
- Execute ServerMigrationTool.exe.
- Copy the created .zip file to the newly installed server.
- On the new server, execute ServerMigrationTool.exe and click import.
- Select the .zip file created earlier.
Migration should finish without issue.
This tool exports the following settings from OfficeScan 10.0 SP1 Patch 5, 10.5, 10.5 Patch 1, 10.6, 10.6 SP1, 10.6 SP2, 10.6 SP3 server and imports the settings to version 11.0.

To use the OfficeScan Server Migration Tool:

Download and extract the appropriate server migration tool to any folder on the OfficeScan server from the following options:
In OSCE 10.6 SP3, the tool is available under ..\PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\ServerMigrationTool- Upgrading from versions 8/10/10.5/10.6HM (Build 1062) to 10.6GM (Build 1062).
- Upgrading from versions 8/10/10.5/10.6/10.6+SP1 to 10.6+SP1 or higher – including Patch 1.
- Upgrading from versions 8/10/10.5/10.6/10.6+SP1/10.6 SP2 to 10.6+SP2.
- Server Migration tool for OfficeScan 10.6 SP3 (password: novirus)
- Double-click ServerMigrationTool.exe.
- Specify the destination folder.
- Click Export. The message "Successfully exported" appears.
- Install a new OfficeScan 10.6 / 10.6 SP1 / 10.6 SP2 server on a different machine.
- Update the OfficeScan components.
- Copy the ServerMigrationTool.zip file and the exported data file to the newly installed server. The default file name for the exported data is OsceMigrate.zip.
- Extract the contents of the ServerMigrationTool.zip file.
- Double-click ServerMigrationTool.exe.
- Locate the exported data file: OsceMigrate.zip.
- Click Import. The message "Successfully imported" appears.
- Log on to the OfficeScan management console.
- Verify the following:
- All domains, domain-level settings, and global settings
- Manual, Real-time, Scheduled, and Scan Now settings
- Validity of the Quarantine directory under the Action tab for the new OfficeScan server
- Move the clients from the old server to the new OfficeScan 10.6 / 10.6 SP1 server.
Below are the possible issues in using Server Migration tool and their corresponding solution:
- The Import or Export button is grayed out.
To fix the issue, run the tool with an elevated permission by right-clicking the ServerMigrationTool.exe and selecting Run as Administrator.
- Chinese characters are displayed on the message box during an import or export process.
To fix the issue, run the tool with an elevated permission by right-clicking the ServerMigrationTool.exe and selecting Run as Administrator.
- "Unable to Locate Component" error appears.
To fix the issue, get a copy of the ServerMigrationTool folder from another server with the same version or from Trend Micro Technical Support.
The following message will be encountered if the new OfficeScan server has a duplicate domain group as the old server. Please ensure that there is no duplicate domain on the new server.
