Do the following:
- Get the Apex One ISPS Tool from ..\PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\ISPSInstaller folder.
- Open a command prompt and go to the path where the ISPSInstaller.exe is located.
- Run ISPSInstaller.exe via the command prompt.
- To install with default ports, use this command:
ISPSInstaller.exe /i

- To install with specified ports, use this command:
ISPSInstaller.exe /i /f:[port number] /s:[port number] /w:[port number]
where:
f = File Reputation server port for HTTP
s = File Reputation server port for HTTPS
w = Web Reputation server port for HTTPFor example:
ISPSInstaller.exe /i /f:8080 /s:4343 /w:8080
The user does not have to specify all ports. For the unspecified ports, the default port is used.
ISPSInstaller.exe /i /f:8080 /w:4343
ISPSInstaller.exe /i /f:8080The message "Successfully installed" appears.
- To uninstall Integrated Smart Protection Servers, use this command:
ISPSInstaller.exe /u

- To install with default ports, use this command:
- Log on to the Apex One management console.
After installation, verify the following:
- Trend Micro Local Web Classification Server and Trend Micro Smart Scan Server services are started.
- iCRCService and LWCSService.exe should be running.
- On the Apex One web console, Integrated Server under Administration > Smart Protection should be displayed.
- Test Connection of Integrated File Reputation Server and Integrated Web Reputation Server should be successful under Administration > Smart Protection > Smart Protection Source > Standard List > click Refresh.
After uninstallation, verify the following:
- Trend Micro Local Web Classification Server and Trend Micro Smart Scan Server should no longer be in the services list.
- iCRCService and LWCSService.exe should not be running.
- On the Apex One web console, Integrated Server should no longer be displayed under Administration > Smart Protection.
