To use the clndiag tool:

  1. Go to ..\Trend Micro\Security Agent directory.
  2. Double-click ClnDiag.exe. The Worry-Free Business Security Communication Diagnostic Tool window opens.
  3. Click Check Client-Server Communications.

    A successful connection shows "OK" under Test Results section.

  4. Click Save Settings and Restart the Agent, then wait for the Trend Micro services to be restarted.

  5. Click Close.
