List of Supported Products and Services include TrendAI™ products and services that are currently supported. TrendAI™ occasionally upgrades products and serivces, and discontinues support for older versions. To determine if the product and service you are using is still supported, refer to the list below, which provides product information along with their End-of-Sale and End-of-Life dates.

End-of-Life (EOL) applies to TrendAI™ products and versions that have reached the end of their support lifecycle. These products and services, formerly referred to as End-of-Support (EOS), have had their milestone dates formally announced and have entered EOL status within the last twelve (12) months. They are no longer actively supported by TrendAI™.

 
Definitions:

In addition to the Agreed Definitions referenced in Section 1.5 of the Global Products Agreement, set out below are certain additional definitions that are used in this Policy. Any definitions not defined in this Policy are those contained in the Global Products Agreement:

  • “End-of-Sale” means the date TrendAI™ will cease to make a product and service generally available for purchase or renewal.
  • “End-of-Life” means the date when maintenance for a product and service is no longer available. For more information, read the updated TrendAI™ End-of-Life Policy here.
  • "Sustain" means that there will be no new functionality, but access to product and service updates, patches / hot fixes, and technical support will be provided.
