Views:
  1. Download the LogServer.zip file, and extract the contents to a folder.
  2. Launch LogServer.exe

  3. A terminal window will run, and save the "fdedebug.log" file inside the log folder.

  4. Replicate the issue, then the log files will be recorded to "fdedebug.log".

  5. Send the fdedebug.log to Trend Micro Technical Support.
 
To stop the logging, open the task manager and click end task for Logserver.exe.
