Views:

Do the following:

  1. Log into Cloud Edge Cloud Console.
  2. Click Gateways tab and select the Cloud Edge where you want to collect logs.
  3. On the Gateway page, type the following URL in the address bar of the browser to show the Diagnostic page:

    https://console.cloudedge.trendmicro.com/diagnose.html

  4. Collect the necessary information.
