To install co-exist Security Agent, select either of the following options:
- Login to Apex One Server platform.
- Get a copy of the installer package from \Download.
For 64-bit OS: agent_coexist_x64
For 32-bit OS: agent_coexist_x32 - Launch the agent installer package on the machine where the co-exist agent will be installed.
The installer packages may not exist before a MSI packaging schedule. You can change the schedule with the following steps:
- Go to ..\Apex One\PCCSRV\Private, then open the ofcserver.ini file using a text editor.
- Locate the [INI_PACK_MSI_SECTION] section.
- Modify the value of "PackMSIHour" and "PackMSIMinute".
For example, if you set PackMSIHour=10, PackMSIMinute=0, this means that the web install packages are generated on 10:00 AM each day.
- Restart the Apex One Master Service.
It may take several minutes to create packages.
- Login to Apex Central console, then go to Administration > Security Agent Download.
- For Installation mode, select Coexist.
- Click Download Agent.
- Launch the agent installer package on the machine where the co-exist agent will be installed.
It redirects to Apex One Server's URL, so Apex One must be registered to Apex Central. The registration must also be done to maintain the accessibility of Apex One Server.
