After the customer has logged in into the portal and has added the countries/regions to the approved/blocked list, and enabled the ERS on DDEI, DDEI will approve/block SMTP connections whose IP addresses belong to the customized countries/regions.

DDEI customers may apply for an account via ERS portal by using their own AC code of the DDEI gateway license.
