To resolve the issue:

  1. On the Apex One server, navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Apex One\PCCSRV and open the ofcscan.ini as Administrator.
  2. Under [INI_SERVER_SECTION], fill the FQDN/Domain Name on the Master_DomainName section. Save the file.

  3. On the Apex One web console, go to Administration > Settings > Apex Central. Unregister the Apex One server then re-register it.

  4. On the Apex Central, make sure that the entity of the Apex One has been configured after registering. Navigate to Apex Central > Directory > Product > Directory Management.
  5. Re-deploy the policy.
