Notes

  • The main information of total customers, purchased units and used units may be different. The reason is that information would over-calculated in original UI widget (without suite information).

    It makes each number of information in suite-on status is less than or equal to the one in original status. Besides, the “customers” in License Usage Trend widget and “total customers” in Managed Products/Services and Total Customers widget are calculated in different ways.

    In License Usage Trend widget, the number of customers will be different between suite-on and original statuses.

    In Managed Products/Services and Total Customers widget, the number of total customers will be same between suite-on and original statuses.

  • The implementation before was that the time-series data would be same between suite-on and original statuses. However, after the license suite support implementation, the time-series data would be calculated with suite information and aggregated properly. Thus you can see there are different numbers and trends in section B.
