To control the agent upgrade, perform the following steps:
- Log in to the Apex One or OfficeScan web console, go to the Plug-ins tab, then open the Apex One (Mac) console.

Go to Settings > Update Settings.

Tick on Agents can update components but not upgrade the agent program or install hot fixes.
- Click on Save and the setting will be pushed to the agents accordingly.
