To control the agent upgrade, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to the Apex One or OfficeScan web console, go to the Plug-ins tab, then open the Apex One (Mac) console.
  2. Go to Settings > Update Settings.

  3. Tick on Agents can update components but not upgrade the agent program or install hot fixes.

  4. Click on Save and the setting will be pushed to the agents accordingly.
