Summary

Trend Micro has received some isolated reports of the Apex One Master Service not starting after applying Trend Micro Apex One™ Service Pack 1 Build 11561. Based on initial analysis, the issue appears to only affect customers who have configured their database logon to use Windows Authentication. In some cases, it appears to cause Dbserver.exe (Database process) to fail in starting ofcservice.exe (Apex One Master Service).
 
Trend Micro is currently working on resolving this issue. In an abundance of caution to prevent impact to any other customers, Trend Micro Apex One™ Service Pack 1 (Rebuild) will be removed from the download center.
