You may follow the steps below:

  1. Log on to the Licensing Management Platform
  2. Go to Users & Licenses > Customers.
  3. Set the License Status drop-down to Expired.
  4. Click the affected customer.
  5. Select the expired product/service
  6. Click Remove Service Plans

  7. A confirmation window will appear. Click OK to confirm.
