Restart MSA Master Service

  1. On the Exchange server, open services.msc.
  2. Restart Trend Micro Messaging Security Agent Master Service.

Reconnect the MSA to the WFBS Server

  1. Log on to the Worry-Free Business Security web console.
  2. Go to Devices > click Add Devices.
  3. Under the Computer Type, select Exchange server.
  4. Specify the following in the Exchange Server Information section:
    • Exchange Server Name
    • Domain Administrator Account
    • Password
  5. Click Next to verify your login credentials.
  6. Click Apply.
