This issue affects Apex One servers under following conditions:

  1. Apex One server has applied Critical Patch (build 12932) or Critical patch (build 12942)
  2. Has pre-onboarded and connected to Trend Vision One™

Workaround for Impacted users:

  1. Download message.zip here.
  2. Stop Apex One master service
  3. Go to %Trend Micro%\Apex One\PCCSRV\Web_OSCE\Web_console\HTML\widget\ui\message\
  4. Extract and replace the Message.js file
  5. Start Apex One master service.
  6. Clear browser cache

This fix will be included on the next critical patch release. ETA: March 27, 2024.
