Follow these steps:

  1. Check database details.
    1. Click Start on the server and type "ODBC", then choose ODBC Data Sources (x64).
    2. Navigate to the System DSN tab and double-click the ControlManager_DataBase with "64-bit" option.

    3. After double-clicking the option, the SQL Server will be shown.

    4. Clicking Next will show the authentication method selected.

    5. Click Next again to view the database selected for use.

  2. Test the connection.
    1. Click Start on the server and type "ODBC", then choose ODBC Data Sources (x64).
    2. Click Add.

    3. Select "SQL Server" and click Finish.

    4. Enter a Name and Description. For the Server, enter the SQL server FQDN or IP.

    5. Choose Windows account authentication or SQL authentication

    6. Click Next. A pop-up message will indicate if connection succeeded or failed.
