To clear device logs via the SMS

  1. Login to the SMS Client
  2. On the Devices screen, expand the All Devices in the navigation pane and select a device
  3. Do one of the following:
    • On the top menu bar, select the Edit > Reset Device menu item
    • Right-click and select Edit > Reset Device
  4. Select the log you want to reset. The Reset Device > All Logs option resets all logs except the audit log. To clear the audit log, select the Reset Device > Audit Log menu option.
 
NOTE: This option clears the system and audit logs from the TPS but does not remove them from the SMS.
