Detection & Response

Once you have purchased the EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) add-on for Worry-Free Business Security Services (WFBS-SVC), it will automatically reflect in the WFBS-SVC console.

After the purchase, you will receive a license key or activation code from Trend Micro, which you will need to enter into your Customer Licensing Portal account. Once you have entered the license key, the EDR feature will be activated and visible in the WFBS-SVC console.

You may need to wait for a few minutes for the EDR feature to be fully activated and for the console to reflect the changes. Once the EDR feature is activated, you can configure the settings and start using it to detect and respond to threats on your endpoints.
