Views:
  1. Login to the Worry-Free Business Security Services console.
  2. Go to URL filtering settings.

    For Classic Mode:

    • Select a Security Agent Group.
    • Click Configure Policy > URL Filtering.

    For Advanced Mode:

    • Go to Policies.
    • Create a new policy or select a configured policy.
    • Click URL filtering.
  3. Enable URL filtering.
  4. Select a filter strength.

To configure the Filter Rules section, select Custom.

  1. Login to the Worry-Free Business Security console.
  2. Go to URL Filtering Settings.

    Go to Devices > Select a Security Agent Group > Configure Policy > URL Filtering.

  3. Enable URL Filtering.
  4. Select a filter strength.

  1. Check Approved URL List.

  2. Clear Browser cache.
  3. Verify Policy application.

    Check if the agent is assigned to a policy that has URL blocking applied. If the agent belongs to a specific group policy, it will follow the rules of that group policy and ignore the global settings.

  4. Enable HTTP/S Web Protection.

  5. Check protocol support.

  6. Check browser version.
