How to Collect Debug Log

1. Go to /Library/Application Support/com.trendmicro.iCoreSecurity/com.trendmicro.EDRAgent folder.
    

   If it does not exist, you can download the tool: SupportTool.zip.

2. Double click Trend Micro XDR Endpoint Sensor Diagnostic Tool.

3. Click Start Troubleshooting.
4. Reproduce the issue.
5. Click Collect Data.
