Summary

A configuration was made on the policy so that a password is requested when trying to uninstall the application.

When trying to uninstall from the application (Mobile Security for Enterprise) itself, this policy works. The uninstallation password is asked before completely uninstalling the product.

However, when the application is being uninstalled from the System Settings, it can be uninstalled without asking for the uninstallation password.

This is a limitation of system for developers, after android 7, 3rd application has no privilege to take the restriction from setting. The password protection only works when uninstalling via the application itself.
