Please follow the below actions to test on one affected machine.

  1. Unload the agent, check with Task Manager, and make sure that both dsagent.exe and ntrtscan.exe are terminated

  2. Navigate to the following location:

    • C:\Windows\System32\dgagent

  3. Copy "dsa.pro" to the desktop and edit it by adding/editing a line:

    • clipboard_idle_time=5

  4. Save, then copy the modified dsa.pro to the original location within System32\dgagent.

  5. Reload the agent, make sure that both dsagent.exe and showMsg.exe are running

  6. Reproduce the issue again and see if the problem persists.
