• Scam detection widgets available

  Trend Micro Cloud App Security now features a widget that displays scam detection data within the Threat Detection dashboard, allowing you to monitor scam email detections in your environment. Scams frequently involve deceptive emails designed to trick recipients into divulging sensitive information or transferring funds. The dashboard widget provides detailed insights, including scam detections by email service, the top 5 scam email senders, and the top 5 scam email recipients. This information helps you spot and mitigate potential threats more effectively.

• Enhanced user management for Exchange Online access granting

  Trend Micro Cloud App Security allows adding or removing users after being granted access to Exchange Online with the "Synchronize selected users" option. The enhanced user management feature lets administrators review synchronized users and make necessary adjustments after the user was granted access, providing greater control and flexibility. This ensures that new users receive Trend Micro Cloud App Security protection and allows easier removal of unavailable users.

• "Add disclaimer" available for BEC detection in Advanced Spam Protection for Exchange Online

  Trend Micro Cloud App Security includes the "Add disclaimer" action for BEC detections to the Advanced Spam Protection filter in ATP policies for Exchange Online and Exchange Online (Inline Mode).

• Log Retrieval API support for Gmail (Inline Mode)

  Trend Micro Cloud App Security now extends the Log Retrieval API to allow administrators to retrieve security event logs for the Gmail (Inline Mode) service.

• Two more conditions available for detection signal customization in Correlated Intelligence

  Trend Micro Cloud App Security adds two new conditions for defining custom detection signals for anomalies in Correlated Intelligence. These conditions define the number of days within a 30-day period that communication from a sender or sender's domain is considered abnormal across the company.

   

  These two new predefined detection signals are only available for private preview customers in US, EU, and AU site.
