Impact during maintenance period:

New customers: Unable to create new product instances during the maintenance period.

Existing customers: Unable to update/deploy endpoint policies or settings during the maintenance period.

  • Downtime for each product instance is expected to be around 3 hours within the maintenance period.
  • All endpoints with Security Agent installed are still protected during the maintenance period.

Trend Vision One Endpoint component updates follows the ring deployment approach from the Batch 2 maintenance date and will be completed gradually as long as the endpoint is online.

Maintenance Period:

  • Batch 1 Date: March 5, 2025
  • Batch 2 Date: March 12, 2025
  • Batch 3 Date: March 19, 2025
