PortalProtect 2.6 with SharePoint Server Subscription Edition supports the following operating system:

  • Microsoft™ Windows Server™ 2019 Standard or Datacenter(64-bit)
  • Microsoft™ Windows Server™ 2022 Standard or Datacenter(64-bit)
  • Microsoft™ Windows Server™ 2025 Standard or Datacenter(64-bit)

PortalProtect supports the following Windows Server installation options:

  • Server with Desktop Experience
  • Server Core
     
    For PortalProtect deployment on Server Core edition, Trend Micro recommends running installation package on Windows Server with Desktop Experience feature and deploy PortalProtect remotely.

PortalProtect 2.6 with SharePoint Server 2019 supports the following operating system:

  • Windows Server 2016 Standard or Datacenter (Desktop Experience)
  • Windows Server 2019 Standard or Datacenter (Desktop Experience)
  • Windows Server 2022 Standard or Datacenter (Desktop Experience)

PortalProtect 2.6 with SharePoint Server 2016 supports the following operating system:

  • Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard or Datacenter
  • Windows Server 2016 Standard or Datacenter
  • Windows Server 2019 Standard or Datacenter
