To resolve the "Unable to save the settings. (8810000)" error encountered on the Intrusion Prevention Configuration page, follow these steps:

Step 1: Upgrade SMS TOS to 6.4 or Above

The error described above has been identified as a bug in earlier versions of the SMS TOS. To resolve this issue, simply upgrade the TOS to version 6.4 or higher. Follow the instructions for your preferred method in the User's Guide below:
