- Correlated Intelligence is available for Gmail
Trend Micro Cloud App Security extends Correlated Intelligence features to Gmail service protection. Administrators can configure the Correlated Intelligence settings within ATP policies for Gmail, which enables the detection of security risks and anomalies in emails using both predefined and custom correlation rules and detection signals. However, the warning banner feature is not available for Gmail.

- Increased scam detection visibility in Dashboard
Trend Micro Cloud App Security adds scam detection statistics to the Overall Threat Detections section in the Dashboard. It also introduces a new widget that displays the number of scam email messages detected by various security filters over a selected time.
- User import for synchronized user list for Exchange Online
Trend Micro Cloud App now includes an import function in the Synchronized User List for Exchange Online global settings. This enhancement simplifies user management by allowing administrators to synchronize multiple users to Cloud App Security simultaneously.
- Confirmation email for end user email reporting
Trend Micro Cloud App Security offers a sending acknowledgment email option in the Email Reporting settings. This feature allows administrators to decide whether to send a confirmation email to end-users when reporting emails through either the Outlook add-in or the warning banner included in their emails.
