Impact During Maintenance
- Downtime is expected to be less than 10 seconds within the maintenance period.
- Users will notice that active sessions for Private Access applications based on stateful protocols that maintain a persistent connection (such as RDP and SMB) will be closed. Users will need to explicitly re-establish any dropped connections.
- User sessions for Private Access applications based on stateless protocols that do not maintain a persistent connection (such as HTTP and HTTPS) will likely not notice any interruption in service unless they make a request during the short window that the Private Access application is unavailable. In that case, retrying the request should succeed
