This issue happens because security agent(s) are still using old Behavior Monitoring Policy Descriptions (version below 1.265.00).
To address this issue, inititate pattern component updates and deploy latest Behavior Monitoring Detection Pattern (1.265.00 or higher) to the security agents.
For Air-gapped environment, Behavior Monitoring Detection Pattern can be manually updated. Do the steps below:
- Download tmpolicy_en_126500.zip and tmpolicy_en_126500.sig.
- Copy tmpolicy_en_126500.zip and tmpolicy_en_126500.sig and paste to ..\PCCSRV\Download\Pattern folder.
- Open the "server.ini" file in the "\PCCSRV\Download\" folder of the Apex One server installation directory using a text editor.
- Under the "PATTERN" section, manually modify the following keys and set their values.
[PATTERN] P.40000020=pattern/tmpolicy_en_126500.zip,126500, 23766
- Save the changes and close the file.
- Open the "component.ini" file in the "\PCCSRV\Private\" folder of the Apex One server installation directory using a text editor.
- Under the "[6081]" section, manually modify the following keys and set their values.
[6081] Version=126500 0 0 VersionInAU=126500 0 0
- Save the changes and close the file.
- Open the Apex One web console and go to the Updates > Agents > Manual Update > update Target Agents setting > Initiate Update or use agent console to trigger Update Now.
- Behavior Monitoring Policy Descriptions will be updated to 1.265.00 version and Behavior Monitoring Detection Pattern will now show correct version.
