The response actions under Response Approval Tab can either be under Automatic Approval or Manual Approval.

Automatic Approval

This allows the MDR Team to initiate and automatically execute the response action directly from Trend Vision One without customer approval. Users will receive a notification email once the action is executed.

Manual Approval

This requires customer approval before the MDR Team can proceed with the initiated response action. Users will receive a notification email to either “Approve” or “Reject” the requested response action by clicking on their choice accordingly. Approving or rejecting a requested response action can also be done by navigating to the “Request List” tab, under the same Managed Services page.
