  • Correlated Intelligence is available for Exchange Online (Inline Mode)

    Trend Micro Cloud App Security extends Correlated Intelligence features to Exchange Online (Inline Mode) protection. Administrators can configure the Correlated Intelligence settings within ATP policies for Exchange Online (Inline Mode), which enables the detection of security risks and anomalies in emails using both predefined and custom correlation rules and detection signals. However, the warning banner feature is not available for Exchange Online (Inline Mode).

  • Approved sender list for Correlated Intelligence in email service protection

    Trend Micro Cloud App Security enables the configuration of an approved sender list, allowing specific senders to be excluded from Correlated Intelligence scanning within the ATP policy settings for Exchange Online, Exchange Online (Inline Mode), and Gmail.

  • Enhanced reporting with scam and DLP detections

    Trend Micro Cloud App now empowers administrators to generate reports that encompass detections related to Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and scams. This enhancement offers administrators valuable insights into potential data breaches and scam activities, thereby enhancing overall security monitoring and response.

  • Customizable email reporting acknowledgements

    Administrators can now customize the acknowledgment emails received after reporting emails. This feature enables personalized messaging, enhancing communication and improving the Administrators experience when reporting false positives and false negatives.
