The Security Awareness app is located with the Cyber Risk Exposure Management (CREM) app group and it will be unlocked for your Vision One account. You do not have to take any action on your end to get access to this app.

1. Go to the Trend Vision One License Activation Service.
2. Fill in the provided activation code.

   

3. Select My business has a Primary User Account.

   

4. Sign in with your existing Trend Vision One account.

1. Go to the Trend Vision One License Activation Service.
2. Select your existing Trend Micro solution and fill in the provided activation code. This access code would have been sent to you via email.

   

3. Select My business does not have a Primary User Account.

   

4. Register your business and create your primary user account.

   

5. After verifying your email and creating your Vision One account, you will be able to access the Security Awareness app located in the CREM app group.
